How to Delete Your Data
If you want to delete your Jamlog account and all associated data, you have the following options:
- Delete individual posts: Open the Jamlog app, navigate to the post, and delete it. This removes the audio, photos, and all associated data from our servers.
- Make your profile private: In the app settings, you can take your public profile offline at any time.
- Full account deletion: Email us at locomojo@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will permanently delete your account and all data within 30 days.
Facebook Data Deletion
If you signed up or connected your account using Facebook Login, you can request deletion of your Facebook-related data from Jamlog by:
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your user account and profile information
- All audio recordings, photos, and videos stored on our servers
- Transcripts, notes, and metadata
- Comments you've posted
- Social connections (followers/following)
- AI token transaction history
- Facebook access tokens and connected account data
- Push notification device tokens
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data stored locally on your iPhone (via iCloud) is not affected by server-side deletion — you can manage that through your device settings.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
