1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Jamlog ("the App") or accessing app.jamlog.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Jamlog is a recording and publishing platform that lets you record audio, attach photos and notes, and publish content to a personal web profile. The Service includes the iOS app, the web platform at app.jamlog.com, and user profiles hosted at username.jamlog.com.
3. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Jamlog.
- By publishing content, you grant Jamlog a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service (e.g., on your public profile).
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share your content.
- Do not upload illegal content, copyrighted material you don't own, or content that violates others' rights.
4. Accounts
- You must sign in with a valid Apple ID to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Jamlog offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro, Max) via Apple's App Store.
- AI tokens are available as in-app purchases. Tokens are non-refundable once used.
- Subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through Apple.
- Creator subscriptions (paid fan subscriptions) are processed via Stripe.
6. Social Features & Facebook Integration
- Jamlog provides social features including following, comments, and sharing to third-party platforms.
- When you connect your Facebook account, you authorize Jamlog to share content to Facebook on your behalf.
- You are responsible for complying with Facebook's terms when sharing content.
- You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time from Jamlog settings.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not harass, bully, or threaten other users.
- Do not upload malware, spam, or automated content.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Do not circumvent any technical limitations of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at locomojo@gmail.com.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that your content will be preserved indefinitely. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamlog's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
